Each piece is made to order and takes between two to three weeks to complete. Once your order is ready and has been shipped, delivery typically takes 3–5 business days. Please note that shipping times may vary depending on your location and the selected shipping method. Delays caused by couriers or customs are outside of our control.

We are in Ecuador and all of our items are handmade by our Andean artisans. They take between two to three weeks (sometimes a little bit more, sometimes fewer days than expected) to get ready, then the artisans send the completed orders to our office to be properly packaged and start with the shipping process.
